Growing Wheatgrass

55593......I use Lambert's Potting Mix that I buy from Home Depot. It doesn't claim to be Organic, but it works for me. I've been growing in large, stainless steel bowls for years. You're right, there is no drainage. I just pour in a liquid fertilizer mix (it's a Trade Secret), add the potting mix, scatter the soaked seeds, cover (with more potting mix), and 4 to 6 days later it's ready. I cut my grass at 6" to 8", sometimes less. Enjoy.....WY
