I wanted to congratulate you on this bit of info- 24 drops or 18 drops of
Lugols is a great deal- (too much)
I drink mine in Gerson Carrot juice but even 8 drops is a lot- which I read on one of the
Lugols Iodine forums (before the split)
The idea aif a little is good, more is better is leaving out a really important factor- How much do you really need?
I know V has quoted some hi dosage but for the normal guy, (each is different), 3-4 drops is fine-
I remember our ND saw me put in 6 drops at lunch and advised me to "not drink" that juice
also as I have seen potassium is important in the mix and this can be added to the Carrott apple or other green juices but we do not add it to the Carrott with Lugols.
