I gather "ACV" is apple cider vinegar! I will have to try this. I recently started taking 1 12.5 mg pill of Iodoral once a day for hypothyroid symptoms. The nutirtionist said to keep that up for two weeks and then switch to kelp tablets. (He has not told me the dosage of the kelp yet because I'm still doing the iodine.) I have been on the Iodine about a week and noticed the last two days that a mole on my neck [that usually gets bigger if I eat too much soy] is shrinking. I wonder if that has anything to do with the Iodine I am taking? the big mole on my chin still looks the same but that one has been there a longer time. I am going to to start dabbing apple cider vinegar on my moles and keep up using the Iodine supplements as the nutritionist directs and will try to remember to psot back here if there is any signiccant result. Meanwhile if anybody out there has helpful comments about moles and supplementation with iodine, please let me know. I was looking pretty yellow and my voice tone had gone kind of bass since Christmas {I am female). My nutritionist picked up on it where over the years several MD's had looked at me and said I looked a little yellow but not linked it to thyroid. This is subjective and it is probably too soon to tell but I think my palms may already be a little less yellow and one or too days my voice has sounded a little higher -- but the voice is still lower than normal most days. I am hopeful and would like to hear of others' experiences.
