Thank you so much for posting this Sanctuary. I have wondered for years if there was a way I could naturally eliminate a mole, (I'm new to curezone) so as a fan of ACV and the wonders it can do, I'm going to try and do what you did with my own mole on my arm. May I ask, how much of the Lugol's was needed? Jcrow sells it in 1pz and 16oz bottles and I was wondering how much one mole takes.
