I am and have been on the Warrior diet,check out the forums page on this site!
it's kind of a new addition but it has it's share of posts so you can get alot of usefull information! It basicly consists of fasting all day and feasting at night,as much as you want from any of the food groups and as much as you want til you are full.It helps me alot because it has allowed me to detox completly from the crap that has made me ill in the past.I eat relativly clean nowadays,mostly protein,plenty of veggies and complex carbs.The 20 hour daily fasts help tremendously in terms of daily detox.I basicly avoid anything processed as much as I can though I do still eat junk every now and then but not every single day.
Major culprits of trouble are;
wheat,any kind
white rice
high glycemic carbs
cheese
dairy
high fructose corn syrup
preservatives
sodium
nitrates
sugar
artificial sweeteners
gluten
Some people can tolorate the above,but for me it makes me horribly ill.I notice that anything that spike my insulin real quick also makes me quite ill and manic as well.
Soduim sky rockets my blood pressure and I become soooooooooooo irritable and aggressive.I eat as cleanly as possible.
