Duely Noted, the last thing I wound want to do is slow down my matabolism, I was only looking to shed about 7 pounds, and I lost 4. (which was probably mostly just food and water weight). Truth was I was just trying get back my 6 pack....which I halfway did. Knew it was still thier lol. I'll take your advise and just watch the carb intake...no more taco bell after surfing. So I ended my short fast with 2 apricots 2 peaches and a glass of Naked juice.
