I honestly don't think a young male such as yourself needs to fast to lose weight. You guys can lose weight pretty fast by eating protien and veggies. Just cut out the carbs and sugar. Move a little more and get a lot of water in your system. You'll shed that little gut in no time. At 18 your metabolism is working at top speed. You don't want to slow it down with fasting. That's just my opinion. Of course, you'll receive support here on whatever your decision is. You are an adult afterall.
