Here is what I believe happens today in quackdom:

Cancer stays alive via fermenting, the bio-warfare fermenters have been let loose decades ago and as documentation shows; as many as 30% of biting insects now carry them.

Removal of Iodine via a now debunked study (yet strangely this study is STILL the litmus test) has allowed non detection of small cancers and no housecleaning by the body. This allowed the complete poisoning of our environment by stealth...

So the cancer is removed via surgery but generally can't be stopped because the fermenters are still inside the immune system cells. Funny how only Chemo-Therapy kills these fermenters (RICKETTSIA, CHLAMYDIA, MYCOPLASMA), so everyone gets Chemo to get a few more years until the cycle starts again.
