Newport, can the SCIO detect if you need iodine?

I am getting on the SCIO next week and wanted to see if I'm allergic to Iodine & or require it. Can the SCIO do that? I tried it on 2 occassions and both times I got very odd symptoms. I had TMJ symptoms and teeth pain and sensivity, as if I were losing minerals from that area...at least that's the best way I can describe it. Further, the 2nd time I tried Prolamine Iodine by Standard Process and the symptoms were much worse, the 1st time I used idorol. I have an old root canal tooth that had a small infection at the root, but it has never bothered me at all. The prolamine made it hurt bad. I ended up going to the ER to get on Antibiotics until I could get to the dentist. I stopped taking the Iodine and everything got better, especially when I started taking magnesium. I had endodontic ozone therapy done on the root canal tooth and now the infection is gone. My Health has been better that ever since getting over all of this.

I'm scared to try iodine again.

Can anyone explain what happened here???
