OP with iodine...Detox through eyelids....? "Lugo-nut" results...

Hi everyone,

So I finally got a new jar of coconut oil a few days ago and resumed OP with it. Most recently I added a few drops of Lugol's to the OP mix (has not stained my teeth, I added perhaps 8 drops to about a cup of coconut oil, which I use for OP and also for skin cleaning/moisturizing -- at that concentration, it does not stain the skin, either). Anyway, I had a sort of sty-like think begin on my eye yesterday on the upper lid which is uncomfortable. Last night when I took my contacts out I put the aforementioned "Lugonut" oil on the upper lid and of course it kind of spread everywhere (I can still see fine this morning and again, at that concentration, did not feel any pain from the Lugol's...). This morning there is what looks like a huge white zit on the eyelid right in between the lashes, and that's where I am now with it. It's not as painful as it was yesterday. I have applied more Lugonut oil and will report back if anything exciting or terrible happens.

I'm thinking I have some toxins perhaps from all the recent migraine meds, or something -- and of course the coconut oil is a pretty powerful substance. And I read Trapper's post about adding Lugol's the other day so have been doing that since.

Just some recent experience to share, and I would appreciate any experience with this eye detox issue. A first for me.
