I'll share my eye sty story for anyone who is dealing with them.

First off, I endorse using hot water treatment on the sty, only try adding Epsom Salt for best effect.

I had a persist sty that just would not go away. A buildup had occurred behind an eyelash and the deposit behind it was just not coming out. Basically, what finally did the trick was using Epsom Salt added to the hot water. I had tried all kinds of methods, but dissolving Epsom Salt in warm water and bathing the sty with it, even allowing the epsom salt to dry on it, very quickly sucked out all the buildup trapped in the sty.
