Re: Day 3 and struggling

Hi Lisa,

Yes, it will be challenging to find a way
to improve your peristalsis. You might look
at the way you are *layering* food into
your stomach to include food high in fiber.
Taking enzymes would also help your digestion
too. Very importantly, water intake will help
more than anything. You may even check into
buying the book, "Your Body's Many Cries for
Water".

My main lesson my first long cleanse was
learning I had been chronically dehydrated.
Now that I have overcome this problem, my
digestion and elimination are great.

Putting water out for the day is a great
exercise and a good method to retrain yourself
to drink up. Check out the watercure page too
and use salt in your water since I also found
I needed help absorbing the water I was taking
in and salt was the key.

I posted info on yoga headstands a long time
ago, but most likely you can find info on
stances by googling.

My suggestion would be body-brushing and exercise.
Even walking came help the body function much
better.

Most of all, do not give up. Wean yourself from
the laxative tea. You may try something like
Oxypowder or Colosan to get cleaned out and
then keep implementing shifts in diet and
exercise to retain your muscles to function again.

I wish you the best on your healing path~~

blessings,
Zoe
