Re: My job made me sick

I work a 12 hour shift, overnight... Work in a clean room (HA) Wear a bunny suit with a mask... Which is probably a good idea actually, dut to the toxic gasses we deal with... I do maintenance work so have 34 tools to keep running....

Within the first 6 months I found out tha coffee wasn't my friend.... Just too tired all the time...

I have this moron operator that drinks his lunch at midnight, so I have his irrational behavior to begin with.... Last night his carelessness put 7 tools down at one time with jobs in progress... Then he had the gall to tell me he had to take his break... 3 hours of my time trying to figure out what he did (kicked the connection to the modem) just started rebooting the separate tools, screwed up things royaly... Took me 3 hours to straighten out his mess and his boss said "about time you got those tools up, we lost a lot of production .....

I wrote my crossover of what happened exactly what happened,

My boss paged me and told me that was the best and most honest crossover he had read, thanked me and now we are going to wait for upper management to read it... My boss likes the concept that Maintenance doesn't put and keep tools down the irisponsibility of operators is a big majority of our down time....

Guess I'll have to watch my back tonight.....
