Re: Transdermal vs Oral Mg

Hi,

I take Mg Oil and mix it 50/50 with water in a spray bottle. I took it under the tongue but it was way too powerful and I seemed to absorb too much chloride and not enough Mg (which are opposites). The spray works OK. The Mg oil also works OK if taken in juice.
