I had a mild allergic reaction to most nuts until I flushed my liver. I think it was after the 2nd or 3rd one that I realized that nuts gave me zero allergy.

I believe that nearly all 'sun-dried' fruits in the health food stores are actually not placed in the sun but rather cooked beyond 45 degrees Celsius in an oven of sorts.
