Hi all... I am allergic to all types of nuts excepts peanuts... and have been for a while now. I was once able to eat cashews and pistachios... but never anything else. The last pistachio and cashew I ate had my throat swelling and itching... so now Im afraid of them.
My question is how do I work on living a RAW lifestyle if most of the foods I have seen are made with all types of nuts... Im starting to feel a little down about changing my eating habits (I've never been a big meat or dairy eater) if I cant eat most of the foods because the recipes require nuts? :(
