In my time here on CZ there are quite a few I've become friends with & I'm proud to say Miss M is one of them:) Down-to-earth, hilarious, an authentic voice here on CZ...never afraid to admit fragility or confusion or to report pitfalls on the path...I SO much appreciate that, it is especially intimidating for newbies to see these folks here that seem to do everything right...to hear about other folks faltering keeps it real. I'm especially thinking about your "I've fallen", post, Molly:)

And ya know what else? If Miss M tells you she's got your back, she MEANS it! :)

ps....digital scale? get one that "zeros out". That means that you can put your little container on the scale, press a button & it will register "zero"...THEN you add whatever to the container to make the weight...makes it a heck of a lot easier to measure:)
