Perfect - thanks V. I like Jarrow also - and it happens to be the brand my HFS carries. Cool. (What time do they close?)

Any suggestions on the potassium citrate - or do you use another electrolyte (a blend?) Neg charged? How to be sure one is negatively charged vs. not? Is the Vulcanelism for Dummies book out yet?
