A better alternative to alcohol

I use homeopathics from a company (King Bio) that makes only water-based homeopathic medicines. Dr. King, the owner, used to have a clinic as a naturopath and chiropractor. He found that so many of his patients were sensitive to the alcohol and lactose homeopathics that he decided to start his own company making water-based remedies. The FAQ at kingbio.com says their products maintain full potency for 3 years and the company is very customer friendly so you might try calling/emailing them to ask how they stabilize their water-based products.
