mucoid plaque is a mith

Im starting to think it really is. I used Bentonite + psylium for over three months ( and impressed with the plaque and parasites I was expelling) and stopped when on a trip. As soon as I stopped wouldnt see anything coming out anymore and felt bad. But then I started using it again and bingo, more plaque was coming right out( the following day) I couldnt believe it, the more I would take the more junk would come out, parasites, ropes, you name it. I really thought I had huge parasites, but at the end it was just the psylium and Bentonite that helps shape all that I thought were parasites and plaque. Bentonite is like a cast, it would take the shape of the intestine!!!!! How could I be so stupic, and how ppl here still think all this colon clenase is a miracle????? this is the biggest scam I have ever come across, so much time, money wasted. Plus the mental obsession of looking in the stools to see what would came out!!!! this is embarrasing, had all my family think we all have this crap and at the end I was creating it with the stuff I was taking. Have no words to explain how stupid I feel.... Tweet
