It says extra virgin cold pressed. Mine is not very light in colour. Actually it's pretty darn dark, which worried me from the point of view of teeth staining, which is why I OP with another oil after it.
I know that avocado's are really good for you but I can't eat them, I just don't like the taste. But the oil doesn't taste that bad. It is pretty strong and it's not as thin as VCO, but I don't think I hate it. Think I am going to keep using it as see what progresses.
