got my Lugol's ... spilled it everywhere! :)

so weird ...

I spilled the Lugol's everywhere, all over my hands, and went to the store. By the time I came back, the sink, towel, countertop and my hands were clear! I thought for sure it would be weeks before I could get it out of the white sink.

I drank one drop in water and chased w/ another glass of water.

I started using 1/4 tsp of min. salt in water 2 x's a day (w/ another full glass chaser), Selenium, and Vit C-1000 mg 3 x's a day, last week in preparation.

The only thing I've felt since taking the Iodine is a little tremor.
