A critical component if flushing candida out of your intestines is fiber. You will need to eaither take fiber shakes of some sort , eat lots of roughage like salad or eat lot os raw veggies. My own eprsonal epxerience hs tought me that fiber is the singel most important thing you can do. Fiber sweeps your intestine clean and absorbs toxins in your gut and carries them out of your body. Consistant use will keep the toxins at a low level and drag candida out with it. You must find a way to bowel cleanse. When adding fiber to your diet start slowly. With fiber shakes , a little at a time. And fiber should no way give you diarrhea. More likely it is something in your system that your body wants out. Oils would be best avoided as you do not want to try to start having solid bowel movements at this point in time.
