You are very right about that!

I don't take really *hot* showers. My ND told me to keep the water temp down.

We left the top of the wall that separates the master suite from the bathroom open when we remodeled, so we don't get that dense fog. The wall is lined w/ plants, and there are many plants inside the bathroom. I sometimes open the french doors right outside the bath during a shower - that draws the moist air outside.

I used to have a terrible time taking showers when I made the water as hot as I liked, and really cannot take baths at all.

Something else that was a huge problem for me: antibacterial soap. I have a thyroid condition and take thyroid medication. fatigue after a shower got so bad that I was taking a shower only every 3 days, often falling asleep afterward. I thought it was the CFS/Fibro, but I am back to showering daily, feeling invigorated afterward.

I use only hand-made natural soaps.
