I've already lost 30 lbs, just by some changes in my diet, and adding exercise. I think the biggest thing was getting rid of all the soda I was drinking. I started drinking water instead, and that was a real jump start. I also gave up alot, and I mean alot of carbs. I started eating small mini-meals every couple hrs. It was either a jello for my snack, and lots of veggies and meat. No potatos or bread. I'm also riding my recumbert bike every morning for 30-45 min increasing the intensity. I started in April, so I think so far so good. Now, I want to give myself a good detox. I figure 10 days, but may go a little longer. It all depends on how I feel at that point. I have another 60 lbs I to lose. I need the weight loss more for health then anything. I have high blood pressure, and a few other things going on. I know that dropping the excess weight will help alot.
