Strain on Kidneys and Liver during MC

Hello!

I have completed the Master-Cleanse a few times over the past few years and I notice my kidneys hurt/ache during parts of the MC.

Is it dangerous to put such a strain on the Kidneys and Liver as far as all of the toxins filtering through? Is this REALLY bad for your kidneys?

Please let me know what I can do to ease the strain on these organs during the fast.
