My first cleanse, my kidneys ached and it
indicated to me that perhaps grit had
been stirred up. I did a designated kidney
cleanse after my break and liver flush.
Since then, my kidneys have never hurt.
That was two years ago now.

I used MH's Barefoot Healers Kidney Cleanse,
but there are other good kidney herb formulas
out there too.

Hi , after 2 days I have the same problem so I quit , this was the 2nd time when I fail (big pain in the kidney , both of them ) . I solve the problem with my 3rd Master-Cleanse which is right now , day19 and going for the 40+ , I was just not drinking enough water , drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water , beside the lemonade or SW . EX: So you weight 100 pounds , make sure you drink at east 50 oz of spring water /day.
