Progress Report

Both enemas and bowel movements have always been painful and relieving to me. For a long time, I just thought it was suppose to be that way. But people have told me they don't experience pain when they do enemas, and a bowel movement feels good. So I knew something was wrong.

I've always had a very hard time holding enema water more than a few seconds and it never feels like I got everything out. Even when my stomach is very flat, it still feels like something is stuck in me.

Tonight I boiled dandelion, cloves, thyme and tarragon. Then I pureed several cloves of garlic with some red onion. The garlic and red onion were raw. I let the tea cool, poured the puree into it, strained everything into an enema bag and added one drop of iodine. The mixture was warm, but it felt cold and "zingy" in my abdomen.

This mixture came out almost painlessly. It feels like a significant improvement. I had no trouble holding the second batch for over half an hour. My "bodily sponge" is nearly clean. I'm getting rid of them.
