I'm sorry again. I see why you ask the question now.

When I created the post I was given the option of adding this to other forums, I chose 2 fasting forums and 1 yoga forum since I thought my fast related to the practice of yoga.

Perhaps this should be the question I ask in another post: "is fasting part of your yoga practice"
