Bloody mucus in stool after Apple Cider Vinegar (acv) Enima

I'm on the second day of an herbal parasite cleansing program. It consists of taking a couple of capsules in the morning followed by a high fiber drink. In the evening I drink an herbal tea.

I've done coffee enimas in the past but I had heard about acv enimas and I wanted to try one. This morning I did the en acv enima (2 oz acv/qrt water) and it was very difficult to hold it in. It took three tries to get two quarts in and out. I wanted to try again tonight since I thought my colon was empty and I thought I could get all two quarts in at once (I can do this easily with coffee and hold it for 10-15 minutes while moving around and standing on my head!) Again, I couldn't hold the acv in. Also, the enima probe was painful in the 1st inch of entry. I used lube and tried to relax, but I had to wiggle and gently push until it was in about an inch, then there was no pain.

Is not being able to hold in acv enima normal?

I also noticed lots of mucus in my stool, including some pieces that were bright red. This has me worried. After reading a bit in the forums I think I might be ridding myself of candida as well as other parasites. Am I correct for thinking this?

What should I do? I'd like to continue to do an enima once a week and finish the two months parasite flush.

Help!

FYI - I spent two years in Brasil from 95-97 (yes, I drank the water from the tap near the end of my time there, and I ate from street venders all the time.) In 2005 I spent a month in Rio and y employer required that I take an anti-malaria Antibiotic for 6 weeks. I think this destroyed my healthy bacteria and I haven't been the same since. I also have depression, insomnia, sleep apnea, fatty liver, acid reflux, athlete's foot, fungus in toenail, and of course digestive problems. My muscles cramp easily and are easily injured. I can't seem to lose the 20 pounds I'd like to take off. I've always been very healthy growing up; played sports in high school 5-6 hours/day, 3.99 GPA...all this on 5 hours sleep every night. I just want to get better!!!
