Dark rings around the outside of each eye?

Hi,
Im wondering what dark rings around the outside of each iris (the part nearest the temple) at about 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock could indicate?

And what one could do about clearing / reducing the rings?

Is it congestion of some kind? They have changed even though I have performed long (30 day) fasts... Tweet
