I am on day 17 of my first cleanse. If I can do it, anyone can. Before this I had never skipped a meal and was afraid to even miss half of a day without food. This cleanse has really helped make me aware of what I was doing to myself. I feel better, I sleep better and my thoughts are clearer. I hope you do the ten days, youv'e already come half the way!
