I do enjoy passing on what I have learned from my teachers, and/or in some cases figured out for myself.

I feel if we all (including our parents and their grandparents etc.) would have taken the time to listen to and had learned from the previous generations, we would not be in the global predicament we are in now.

If you are fortunate enough to have an 80 - 90 year old friend or family member, you could learn a lot about home remedies and such... if they remember them. My mother is a fountain of such information, especially organic gardening which she got into back in the 50's; well she always gardened that way even before then... she just did not know it was "organic".

I hope you are inspired enough to read the book I suggested and that if you are helped/healed by the knowledge you gain here and elsewhere, and by what you put into action, that you pass it on to others.
