Root canal, temp crown, back molar, now what??

Sorry I don't know the tooth numbers, but the two last molars on my bottom left have a temp crown on them. The second to last had a root canal (the last one did not). Through a series of bad feelings about my dentist, I find myself unable to go back after being fitted with the temp crown.

Everything happens for a reason. And my instinct says not to proceed with the crowns. But, I am stymied. How do I find a holistic dentist in the Los Angeles area? Would a partial be the answer post-extraction? To what would it be anchored? Is it less/more/about-same money as a crown to have this done? Soooo many more questions. Not least of which, am I doing the right thing?

Is there some sort of online resource for these questions? I am scared/excited/ready to do this. I just need a wee bit of guidance along the way.

Any direction that you could provide me would be quite deeply appreciated.
