the Gerson Therapy forum. I am on their board as a development person.

I begin eating the Gerson diet, not the strict one for cancer patients, and taking the potassium in the carrott, and the Lugols in the carrot apple

It is a wonderful wellness diet and not all raw but all organic and all vegan

It is a production project but I am losing weight and having some signs of detox

I also suggested 24 drops may be too much
Our ND, Dr Kayla Smith advises lower doses
