Re: all these wrinkles all of a sudden, why?!

Welcome to the world of AGING GRACEFULLY...or as in my case, being dragged into it kicking and screaming. It could be genetics, sun exposure, and then prior bad eating habits. But I've managed to reverse my oldish look from a year ago by cleansing, hydrating and above all OIL.


If you don't oil pull already, please check out the oil pulling forum. The vital essential fatty acids in good oils is crucial for your health as well as your skin and other vital organs. It think you would be pleased with the outcome from ingesting, swishing and wearing oil.
