It depends on your reaction and what it is from but...

Take vitamin C, and repeat it because it doesn't stay in the body long, try repeating in 3 to 4 hours.

Take a soaking bath-helps remove toxins and let the body heal. If you are not itchy make it a hot bath, and if you can add Epsom Salts to the water. Soak up to an hour if you can.

Massage from a professional or a friend. Helps the body deal with "toxins" (your allergens).

Take baking soda 1/2 tsp in some water and then chased with some warm water. This seems to help many types of reactions.

Find a calm happy place to wait it out. Do what ever helps you relax(read, walk, garden,create...).

One last thought-when you are not reacting and you can think clearly make yourself a list of things to do when you are allergic.
