Since you are already studying Dr. Clark, I would advise you to use the three herbs she suggests that you can purchase at any health food store.

As best I can remember, I think I did my first parasite cleanse (using Dr. Clark's method) and still did a liver flush. I was also doing a Colon Cleanse at the same time, too......
