liver spots....

some say they are not realted to the liver...
and say they are from the sun...any opinions
i have not been in the sun much at all and i have gotten more
liver spots this year, even with Liver Flushing and change of diet
i have done 4 Liver Flushes with stones,
but somehow im getting more liver spots, thighs, forearms three new ones
raised brown bumps, and the some on my face! and forehead...
is there a way to whiten the skin, or remove these liver spots
i have about 10 on my hands too...
anyone know about what causes these and how to get rid of them???
one theory i have, if you Liver Flush and the stuff doesnt all get out
quickly, it can come back into the lymph/blood systems and go out the skin...?
any helpful advice..?
