HI steve and every one,
for the past threee days i visited and downloaded the EFT manual and then watch the basic recipe, set up etc. at

and guess what my emotional issues are dissolved i dont know but it brought out changes in the way i think and feel, been truly blessed by this, i guess its like a miracle. for anybody who doesnt know my situation ive been diagnosed as having bipolar disorder and this goes for 11 years, there was even a time when i feel so low and cornered that i attempted suicide, though i have to lived all my life with a 8 inches stitch at my abdomen (due to lying on a knife as an attempt to kill myself) now i dont have any negative emotional charge over this thing.and getting over with this. EFT works , now my mom convinces me to buy the whole thing out of gratitude for EFT...,i apply it to any remaining issues i have..
but i got a question .this morning when i apply the basic recipe to myself for having experience palpitations and sudden nervousness creeping all over my body ijust wonder if its a side effect.,or i over done it, or energy toxins released i dont know, anybody who has an explaination for this please reply. again thank you very much,
