The basic shortcut EFT setup is " Even though I have this ..... I deeply and completely accept myself" while tapping the sorespot on the chest or the karate chop point on the hand, then as you focus on the emotional or physical issue you tap on:
crown of head
eyebrow (between eyes)
side of the eye
under eye
under nose
chin
collarbone
underarm
reapeat until the issue has a lower SUDS value (subjective unit of distress)and when lowered you can say "Even though I still have some remaining .... I deeply and completely accept myself".
