YAY, Dallasite! Lower thyroid meds!

Would you mind giving specifics re: how long on ML protocol before avble to lower thyroid? And from what dose to what dose? Which thyroid med/s?

This will help me as I taper off myself. Will have some idea when to expect the hypotyroid buzz experience/s and cut down the dose.

Your success confirms the plausibility my fondest hope and goal: to be off ALL supps and meds except basic Ml protocol and getting better and better all the time.

BTW, I am not a health care professional, and have never had a formal science class beyond high school. Just read books, stuff on the net, asked questions, paid careful attention to what I learned by experimenting on myself, etc. Too much education can actually close people's minds to plain fact and common sense. I wouldn't take formal education in the health field if I was paid to do it!!!
