So am I understanding this corectly. Once you get your PH balance and minerals in a good place, your body will start to heal itself at the cell level, like M****tech claims.

I'm not in the science or Health field like allot of you, I'm in the Sofeware arena for 25 years now, but I'm trying to learn more about health and science on a daily basis. That's why I come here and listen to you all.

You have to learn more about health these days just to survive. I feel so blessed to have found the forum.

I do know that I have been doing the ALK drink (4) times daily, now for 3 or so months and I feel just amazing. I had to lower my Thyroid Meds last week, because I couldn't sleep at night I was too wired. Once I lower my Thyroid meds I started to sleep better (Go figure).
