Re: Another stupid diet aid

I used a product like this for a short while. I
had found it at a health store and I apologize,
I do not remember what the name of it was but do
still have most of it remaining in a storage unit
in Missouri.

I was being really busy and found I did not have
or would take the time to eat so hoped this would
stave off hunger until I had the time which was
more convenient for me to eat. What I remember was
that I felt it made me ravenous. Perhaps my stomach
acid trying to digest this stuff and then pushing
it through my intestines without any nutritional
pay-off?? A quart of carrot juice would have served
me much better if I had had some of that.

I would not/could not recommend these types of
products, based on that experience.
