the progress continue!
Not since I first started the WD have I felt any better! It's been a few days since I have modified my diet by adding larger ammounts of steamed vegetables,salads and fiber in addition to slowly upping my proteins again and all I can say is WOW! once again! My gut feels sooo much better then it's ever been,I have been more regular then I have ever been since I was younger and my skin is beggining to glow again.It seems like whenever I go back to eating throughout the day or the standard 3xday I break out or get oily skin..when doing the WD as prescribed not only do I feel better but my skin looks amazing!
The only thing I need to get back into is my excersize routine,my lower back pain is really really getting to me.I may have to see a chiropractor or something because i can't workout without pain anymore

Other then that the WD is really a godsend! I am still as lean as ever and now I even sleep better as well.As soon as my head hits the pillow,I knock out and have no problems sleeping! I always suspected that the rare/raw meats combined with a low carb/fiber diet was a culprit in creating insomnia(not to mention horrible constipation/pain) in me,either from making me too acidic or the natural occuring bacterias in the meats (parasites?) were effecting my system,maybe not soo much them but maybe because they weren't organic.But I wanted it to work soo badly that I stuck to it despite seeing barely any real health benefits,despite reading soo many good things about it..maybe it would've been different with organic meats though,but they are pretty pricey.
I can't wait to see the results continue for the rest of the month! I know that it will only get better because I have been here before!!
