Now that I have added larger ammounts of fiber,I seem to be able to be putting down more foods that I have ever before! Which is a good thing because I usualy ate LARGE ammounts of protein/fat and veggies (mostly salad or leafy greens,which I guess is also a type of salad lol) but it still wasn't nearly enough to help me gain weight and it usualy left me feeling still hungry afterwards.
I seem to feel alot more comfortable now then ever before in terms of my gut.It definetly must be the added bulk/fibers in the diet.I want to get to a point where I am eating the following sized example meal-
Two large ribeye steaks medium rare
4 eggs hard boiled
large garden salad w/vinegerete low fat dressing
steamed buttered veggies
potatoes
kidney bean chili
