I too have heard many proponents of regular doses of sunshine, including Dr. Mercola etc... I am sure there are tons more, but he is the one I am most familiar with as having revealed the contemporary sunshine-scare epidemia, shall we call it, as being fallacious, and making it clear that we do in fact need sunshine for our health. His argument is that lack of sunshine=lack of Vitamin D; which can ultimately precipitate cancer. So my question is, if I take Vitamin D supplements as I work through my issues, will this be sufficient or am I still running a health risk by completely avoiding the sun? I have been taking 400 IUs of Vitamin D2 supplements in addition to my normal batch for the past year. Perhaps you would recommend increasing the dose? Peace. I appreciate it.
