Re: Dental Help
I have located dentists there in New York on this link below. This website is excellent with a lot of great information. Scroll right down the page to see them all.

Here's dentists in New Jersey. Again you'll need to scroll down the page to see them all. I say that because I made the mistake of thinking there was only one dentist, without even scrolling and seeing others listed beneath eachother.

people can also get in touch with the doctor on there and ask him advice. He puts people in touch with the most reputable dentists. He's done that with me and one dentist on there I spoke with was excellent. May have been Paul Gilbert. But I cannot be sure it was ages back and I only asked him some advice.
I would also highly recommend ceramic restorations (cerec porcelain in particular). It seems they are very successful, at least two i know of on one forum alone got them and are doing well. One in particular was highly chemically sensitive and ill and is coping fine with cerec, healing and now working. They last about 20 or more years, do not tend to leach out their components like composites/amalgam.
Here is another link for you to read, which mentions some of the best materials also.
It is PDF, so takes a while to load

As for the best alternative to replacing teeth? I am not sure about that, possibly a bridge/partial? Some people recommend dental implants like zirconium implants and feel they are biocompatible. But I dont know enough about that.
I hope this is somewhat helpful.
