Dental Help

I have lots of broken teeth (sides and back mostly in the top of my mouth), partially as a result of several root canals that were never crowned; and others were cavities that were never fixed. The left top side has extensive bone loss also; I believe most of it will have to be extracted. The bottom of my mouth is in (relatively) better shape but with cavities also. The top front of my mouth appears to be not so bad except for cavities, but I just lost a tooth near the front in the “smile” portion of my mouth (a partial root canal that had cracked). I recently began a body cleansing process (Barefoot Herbalist’s pre-cleanse kit) and am currently on the de-wormer kidney portion. I plan on going into a 40 day OJ fast when I have completed the liver cleanse portion. Based upon what I have read in the cleansing forums, it is my understanding that I need a dental/metal cleanup which I am willing to do. I have become a little overwhelmed with all the info on dental cleanup and would like some assistance.
Is this the correct order of approach?
Have broken/root canalled/metals in teeth extracted while cleaning up diet/blood. I plan on going to a biological mercury free Laser dentist to do this I want to avoid needles & drills – any recommendations for the NYC area?
Any suggestions for repairing the cavities with metal free fillings?
How do I go about replacing teeth without adding more toxicity or the least amount? I have to work with the public and will need teeth in my mouth; at least the part people can see. Thank you.
