Among one of the exercises which I mentioned KapalBhati is a different kind of exercise and in the exercise you only focus in exhaling ( breath out) forcefully and when you do that your stomach goes in. Your main focus is in exhaling and not inhaling, it directly improves the functionality of stomach. People in camps loose upto 10 pounds with-in a week.
